100 Calorie Snacks

“What can I snack on?”

“What do you recommend that I eat for snacks?”

“Do you have any suggestions for fast and easy snacks?”

These are some of the very common questions that I get from Naked Nutrition Network readers. Since most of us live our lives on the go, it is very important to have convenient snacks that will keep us on your nutritional plans.

My nutritionist buddy and all around carb cycling juggernaut Jayson Hunter put together a awesome (and free) resource that I just love. It is called the 100 Calorie Snack Report. As I’m sure you know the whole 100 calorie snack thing is getting out of control - 100 calorie oreo packs, 100 calorie chocolate chip cookie packs, just because it it only 100 calories doesn’t mean that you should eat it!

In his report Jayson has made a couple different lists for you. Snacks with 0-99 calories and Snacks with 100-200 calories. Each of these lists is broken down into “Approved” and “Occational” snacks. The lists are 4 pages in total so you can print them out and keep them as a quick reference in your kitchen (as I have).

You can download the report for free below.

Enjoy.

P.S. For those of you that have been wondering – No we haven’t had the twins yet. Anyday now!
