3 things that will RUIN your weight loss journey

I say all of the time that once you have the right formula, fat loss is easy. Wake up each day, follow the plan and you are good to go.
However, what happens when something interferes with that formula? What happens when you have to take a detour just to get to the destination? Life would never throw you curve balls now, would it?? (insert sarcastic tone)
We all know the truth to that question. There will always be curveballs and always be detours…it is how you handle them that determines whether you will succeed or not in the end.
Things that will ruin your Fat Loss:
Missing your training sessions
Consistency is one of the big keys to keeping your metabolism ramped up enough throughout the week to really have a chance at effective fat loss. Too many people miss a workout here and a workout there. It adds up. If you go through your calendar for the last few months, add up how many workouts you missed. It takes its toll on your progress.
The biggest reason for missed workouts besides laziness is pain and injury. When you injure yourself, fear, apprehension and pain all stop your workouts in their tracks. This can cause a huge dent in your progress. By the time you get back into it, you have to start all over. That is one of the reasons I developed Unbreakable.
The Unbreakable system allows you to continue working out while taking care of those injuries and pain. It is a unique system that helps you to stay physically healthy and get the much needed treatment for all of those injuries and physical limitations. Never miss a workout again because of pain or injury.
“Cheating” way too much
There has been a lot made about having a cheat meal during your fat loss regimen. The problem is, most people don’t understand how this cheat system works, and they wind up cheating way too much. To understand exactly how to “cheat” on your diet, you should check out Joel Marion’s Cheat to Lose Diet. In this diet, Joel outlines exactly how to incorporate “cheating” into your fat loss program and still get awesome results. Cheating is fine if you know how, don’t leave it to chance. Cheat to lose can show you the system.
Lack of Intensity
People don’t cover the importance of intensity while training nearly enough. By intensity I don’t mean gritting your teeth and making grunting noises either. Intensity is all about training or working as hard as you can each and every training session…never leaving anything behind.
I always recommend having some good, intense music while you train. Make a play list of music that makes you “move” and gets you in a very intense mood. Personally, I like hip hop or modern rock to get me going. Whatever it is, find your playlist and use it.
The second thing you can do is walk into each and every session predetermined to have the hardest, most intense workout you have ever had in your life. If you decide ahead of time that you are going to work as hard as you ever have…you will prepare your mind for doing just that and you will have a much better workout.
Turning up the intensity will keep you metabolism ramped to the highest level. I cant tell you how many times each day I witness people just going through the motions while they are trying to burn fat. What they don’t realize is that they are just spinning their wheels and not really getting anywhere. Each workout has to be intense and “hard core” if you want great results and want the fast. Don’t waste your time if you are not going to work as hard as you can. Prepare yourself ahead of time for this and see amazing results.
Got something to say?
