Need To Lose 100lbs?

Skin Fold CalipersReal quick. I was going to blog about something else but this has been on my mind and so I’m going to let you guys know about it and put it into action in the next 30 days.

I am going to start a ‘Naked Nutrition 100lb Weight Loss Club’

What does that mean?

I am going to find someone that wants to lose 100lbs. I am going to get one of the countries best trainers (currently TBD - I am waiting on confirmation from someone) to design their training program.

I am going to design their nutrition and this person will chronicle their awesome journey for everyone to see. You’ll get to see everything about their diet and training.

Hopefully others will get inspired and join it.

100lbs is a lot. But just think about how awesome it will be to lose that kind of weight.
