Safe Fat Loss - Is it Possible?

Many people that want to lose weight quickly have concerns about safety. How fast can you safely lose weight? Is this diet program safe? What is a safe rate of fat loss? Here’s a quick video where I talk about safety and fat loss and how much you can lose.

    hmm. i click on these videos in hopes that i can gleem some bit of helpful info. they are good, but i wish there was more. more meat, more info. you could have just written - more the 1-2 lbs is safe. rather than making a whole video of it.

    i appreciate the information and you willingness to put it out there. but maybe just add some more useful info to each video.

    Thanks for speaking the truth, Mike. I’m at about 110 pounds of fat loss so far this year, and when I’ve kept my wits about me, kept my nutrition on track, and hit the gym for a good lifting program and HIIT multiple times a week, dropping 4-5 pounds a week was pretty average.

    It’s one of my frustrations when uninformed people try to keep me down by saying I shouldn’t be pushing so hard. Not pushing hard is what got me to 440 pounds at my heaviest to begin with!

    And, I do echo Hart’s comments. Some more info would be great.
