Set Your Fat on Fire

strong-chest Over at the Faster Fat Loss Zone Bill Hartman and I have started up a new ongoing series of articles and videos called the Fat to Fire Workouts.

 

The premise of the fat to fire workout is simple. They are quick workouts that you can do with little or no equipment from your home (or at the gym). These workouts are designed to send your metabolism through the roof and thus setting your body fat on fire.

In the first video Bill shows you how to do “Ladder Workouts” using push-ups and jump squats.
