Set Your Midsection on Fire!

The October Workout of the month for the Faster Fat Loss Zone is awesome! It could be my favorite workout that Bill has put together. It is called “Torch Your Torso“. Here’s what Bill wrote describing the workout.

This months workout not only burns fat faster than your typical workout, but it also adds a little twist…literally. The key component of this workout is the multi-planar abdominal workout circuit designed to attack your core from every angle. It will truly “Torch Your Torso”. Once you burn the fat away, you’ll be left with the strong, sexy abs that most programs promise but never deliver.

The multiplanar attack is key. This is a big component that most “ab blaster programs” miss. The program is also full of non conventional movments that will have you burning calories, sweating, and dreading the next day soreness. My two favorite are the saxon side bend and overhead split squat (brutal!).
