Do you want to improve your health? Do you know what the one thing you can do that would make the greatest impact on your health?
It isn’t taking fish oil.
It isn’t reducing your saturated fat intake.
It isn’t eating more fruits and vegetables.
It is losing weight.
Time and time again. Study after study. It has been shown that when you lose weight your health improves. I don’t care what you have to do - lose the extra weight.
You will feel better, sleep better, have more energy, have an increase sex drive, your heart will function better, you’ll live longer. What else could you possibly want?
