Dr. Hector Lopez received his dual Bachelor&#8217;s degrees in Molecular Biology and Nutritional Science along with a Master&#8217;s degree in Biochemistry concentrating in exercise physiology.  He received his residency training at Northwestern University &#8211; Feinberg School of Medicine/Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.  Dr. Lopez has had research experience in the molecular biology of cancer, lipoprotein and amino acid metabolism, and effects of manipulating macronutrient composition on athletic performance.  Dr. Lopez is also a founding partner of Physicians Pioneering Performance, LLC a group that has an interest in developing a new paradigm of rehab medicine.</p>
<p>We have a new feature on the show &#8220;A Dos of Remedios&#8221;.  Each episode we will have a new training tip from NSCA Strength Coach of the Year Robert Dos Remedios.</p>
