Creating Meal Plans (Video) Part 1 of 4

Creating a detailed meal plan to meet your needs is a very important part of a fat loss diet. As I talk about in the Stages of Nutrition presentation sometimes monitoring portions and food choices is not enough to get the results you want with your body.

It is in these situations that you need to create a more specific meal plan. This video is the first in a four part series on how to design and create meal plans. In this video I go over how to determine your calorie needs, compare it to your current diet, determine the proper calorie breakdown, convert calories to grams, and then servings. Read more
