    Great tip :)

    If I could add a thought to follow… I think that if people have a positive attitude about their program and put faith into it and conceded that following it = results, they will more likely see positive changes in their body compared to looking at it with a “nothing ever works” attitude. I find that if I trust the program I am doing I definitely see the results in the mirror (but maybe it’s different if you’re trying to lose a LOT of weight compared to a few % bf?)
